The versatile Pilates circle that Joseph Pilates created is exercise equipment that is portable and can be used anywhere. The soft rubber rings are flexible and provide resistance for a quicker and, more targeted toning. It helps to improve muscle strength throughout the body especially and concentrate on core areas like the inner and outer thighs, upper arms, chest etc.
