The tantra is a basic Hindue practices that combines non-orgasmic sex with meditation to create a state of perfect bliss. Manipulating one’s ability to control a sexual climax and delaying orgasm are important parts to this.

When applied to tantra yoga, the process is loosely based on activating the human energy centers every one of us has. These centers are known as chakras. Activating the human energy centers creates the potential to reach cosmic awareness. The body had six different main chakras. They are as follows: near the naveal, near the heart, near the throat, between the brows, at the base of the spine, and the genitals.

Everyone has the ability to have tantric sex, or so it is believed. All you have to have is commitment, patience and clear thinking. The process begins by getting rid of the idea that the purpose of sex is to reach an orgasmic state. If you have that attitude, you’ll never be able to enjoy the total bliss that one gets from successfully practicing tantra.

Rethinking of existing sexual ideas is a necessity. To practice of tantra yoga or tantric sex, you need to become a blank slate mentally. Both these practices are great for couples to try together since they can help create a closer relationship and strengthen the bond between them. Be prepared to spend some time learning. There’s a big learning curve but you and your partner will definitely reap the benefits of learning tantra yoga and tantric sex.
